I was having trouble with an engagement ring I had Recently bought from a chain store by the name of Daniel’s jewelry and I was not pleased at all with the ring. However, I called around for prices and everyone except for Zales was too expensive to resize the ring for me. I called Zales and they scheduled me an appointment right that minute, I was very astonished. I walked into Zales and a kind woman named Samantha greeted me and helped me look for the ring that was right for me. She did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with the service and ring.
