"I have shopped here a few times, and though the staff isn't super welcoming, I keep giving them a shot. Yesterday sealed the deal for me. I came in looking for teacher gifts - I was the only person shopping in the store. Two women were working behind the cash wrap and one on the floor. Not a single person even acknowledged the fact that I walked in. No hi, how can we help you, are you looking for something specific, etc. In the past I can at least get a hi! After looking around aimlessly for about 10 minutes another customer arrived, who I can only assume to be a regular, and was immediately greeted. Hmm... interesting. Then, another woman came out from the back - keep in mind I'm still looking around - the woman from the back greets this woman asks what she is looking for, and proceeds to essentially walk her around the store, personally shopping for her. Still not a single hi or hello from anyone. As I'm checking out the ONLY thing I was asked by the employee was "do you want this gift wrapped?" Nothing else. I don't EVER leave negative reviews, but this had to be said. Super disappointed in this entire experience/store. Like I said, they have never been overly friendly here -- but they are clearly capable of it. Cute stuff, but dang, what a horrible experience for customers!"

"PLEASE READ I recently discovered that negative ratings have been posted listing my name. Charlotte’s Web is one of my favorite shops in Chattanooga! Ask ANYONE! I have researched this error and luckily was able to contact a Google representative who helped me with this situation. I want the WORLD to know what a beautiful boutique Charlotte’s Web is! She has the best merchandise, jewelry, gifts for all occasions, THE place for monogramming AND SO MUCH MORE! I can’t believe this happened to me, but even more so a bogus post for this merchant."

"I am not one that normally fills out reviews but I felt the need after this experience. I took a Southern Tide polo into be embroidered as my first experience with this business. They called me to let me know that they were not happy with the way that it turned out. They took it upon themselves to purchase a new polo from Southern Tide to replace it and embroidered it in a way they felt happy with. I also had them embroider a couple of hats. They did a great job. I truly appreciate this level of customer service! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!"
