"Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves. My 77 year old mother had a problem with her heater fan continuously running. Coolray said her blower fan was no good and replaced it for 1200 dollars. They just replaced the same blower 2 years ago for half that amount. If you have loved ones that could be potential victims of this immoral practice of ripping off those that can least afford it, please choose another business. Please boycott this business, let's end their crimes against the elderly."

"Great work, but lied about billing. The technician said the diagnostic fee would be included in the final bill as long as I got the repair done by the company. I utilized the company and paid the bill. 2 years later, I received a diagnostic bill."

"Came home tonight, no A/C ! Called for service at 9pm and was willing to wait til Saturday for service but the tech , Craig, was very willing to come out quickly and get us fixed up . He was very courteous and only took him about 15-20 minutes to have our AC back up and running. Thank you Craig , was really appreciated. Cost was as quoted for after hours"
