"Prompt service. Fair price. Identified and solved the problem quickly. We'll definitely call them if we need electrical services again."

"P & R installed the electric in our new home build. They were very professional and cared enough to ask about the placement of switches and outlets As well as recommending very useful additions I hadn’t thought of but would have been a pain not to have once the house was built. My husband is in a trade and said their wiring work was the cleanest and most orderly he’s seen."

"Excellent Service and Caring. My HVAC quit wirking and lights started flashing on a Fiday night before Thanksgiving week. My AC Service technician came out and stated that I was only getting 104 volts of a 240 volt feed and found the main breaker was bad. I called Alex and he was out early Saturday morning. He stated I needed a new breaker panel but was booked until after Thanksgiving. He even callled other electricians in town to see if they vould perform the work. None were availale so he bypassed the main breaker temporily to power my house and was out to replace the panel after Thanksgiving. The work was completed promptly and professionally. We are greatful to P&R."

"Called P&R Electric over two months ago to have something replaced. Since then, I called twice to see when they were going to be at my house, since I had not seen them. They kept assuring me that I was "on the list". I finally called an electric company based in Jacksonville. They showed up and made the repair. It only took two weeks. Plus, this other company gave me a date and time that they would be here -not just put me on some list! I guess P&R is too busy wiring new houses to do a small potatoes repair like mine."

"The electricians were great and the work they performed was excellent. They installed 4 fans. I asked them to come back the next day and swap the fan in the dining room with the single bulb fixture in the living room. I was there and it took them about a half hour. I received the invoice and I was billed 2.5 hours to install the 4 fans (which was accurate) and 2 hours to swap the fan and the fixture which was listed as a "chandelier". I went to the office to discuss the charges and "Mr. Alex" became defensive almost immediately. I pointed out that there is no way it would take 2.5 hours to install 4 fans and 2 hours to move one, and he told me he goes by the time sheet. I told him I was there, and they spent about a half hour. His terse reply was "So you started a timer when they got there?" At that point I decided I was done and went to the counter to pay the bill. Mr. Alex then followed me to the counter and told me I got a bargain because they charged me based on time instead of per fan. I replied that it was their choice to bill me based on time, and since they chose to do that it should be accurate. I paid the invoice and left. Very unpleasant experience. It's interesting that there are bibles in the office and every conversation ends with "have a blessed day", but if you dare politely question the charges things go downhill quickly."
