"I love the people who helped us with our unit! They were nice, respectful, wore shoe covers in our house, and the installers had it all done in one day! As for the plumbing, i will not use them again. The guy who came to look at our plumbing first did not do a good inspection, as our crawl space is small. He told me after they got started he didn’t realize we had pvc from our washer to sink. After he quoted a price for replacing it. I felt like the plumbers cut every corner they could, instead of taking out the cast iron/galvanized pipe under the sinks they just bypassed it all. I thought i was paying for it to be removed?? They also did not wear shoe covers and tracked stuff in and out all day. And when they were done with our guest bathroom, they left a mess behind for me to clean up. Not impressed with the plumbing but again, love the people who done the unit! UPDATE: The plumbers came back and made everything right! And had better customer service this time!"

"Our hot water heater went out on a late Thursday night (1-11-24). We called We Care on Friday (1-12-24) and asked for someone to come check it. The people at We Care not only went above and beyond, they managed to have someone come out the same day. And thanks to Travis Callahan who checked the water heater on Friday, but also replaced it on Monday (1-15-24) with a brand new one. Travis done an excellent job and was very efficient!!! Everyone at We Care Heating & Air went above and beyond and we Thank You All!!!! We highly recommend for everyone to give them a call for all your heating, air or plumbing needs!!!!
