However, they handle constructive criticism well and are genuine people."
"Big shout out to Tim at GeorgeTown Marine. Had an alarm code that put my motor in guardian mode and wouldn’t go over 5 mph. Took it to them and they scanned it and had the part in stock. Motor was under warranty from Mercury so there was no charge to me. Very fast service by a very knowledgeable person, Thank you again!"
"Great shop! I needed an oil tank for my Mercury which is on back order for up to 6 more weeks. They had it in stock and knew that that part was on back order and sold it to me at a price cheaper than I could have Got an off brand from Amazon! They could have gouged me but they gave me a deal. "I sat in truck while hubby discussed the boat issues with an employee. I watched a cat come to the business door and sort of tap on the glass door. It was obvious this cat was welcome and kept looking for someone to open the door. The man talking with my husband walked over and gently picked up the cat and was petting it. Any man that is this gentle and loving with one of God's creatures has to be a good guy. In my book. PSA... I know this isn't exactly a business review but my husband and some friends of ours have been here several times and are always pleased with the service."
