"Mr Jimmy came out to my house at 4pm when my husband got home from work to check out our system because we didn’t have any water. He diagnosed and replaced my system the same day! We have a 280 ft deep well with a submerged pump. We needed a new pump (rusted and shorted out), pressure tank (bladder was leaking) and wiring (frayed and shorted out the pump). Every step of the job he was explaining to us what went wrong with the old system and why each piece needed to be replaced, physically showing us where they were damaged. Bottom line it was old and the original installer did a sorry job. He was VERY knowledgeable, thorough, professional and funny too. He even helped us file the claim with our warranty company. Mr Jimmy and his helpers stayed until 10pm to make sure my family had water before he left!. If all of this isn’t reason enough for everyone to call him, in addition, he didn’t charge anywhere near what he could and probably should have! My coworker just had just her pump on her shallow well replaced a few weeks back and paid 300 more than I did to have all of this done. I seriously wouldn’t recommend anyone else! If you need someone trustworthy to do a great job for a more than fair price, this is your guy!"
