"Be careful bringing your device to this store. I brought my phone in to fix a cracked screen and was helped by someone named Blake. I left my phone there and came back a few hours later and he had informed me that while replacing my front screen he had cracked the back screen so he needed to order the part so he can finish both sides. I brought my phone back the next day when the part had arrived and left it there for a few hours once again. When I returned he had informed me that he had damaged one of my cameras on the back so he would have to replace that part also. This part would take a few days to arrive so I would have to bring my phone back the next week in order to be fixed. I then again bought my phone back the next week to have the one camera replaced and left it there for a few hours once again. When I returned a few hours later Blake informed me that he had damaged all of the cameras on the back of my phone and would now have to replace the entire assembly. Luckily he had the part in stock this time but for him to damage multiple parts of my phone while just replacing the screen is unacceptable. It has been a week later and now my phone is having network issues and it seems he may have damaged the radio antenna. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BRINGING YOUR DEVICE TO THIS STORE!!!!"

"William was great. Good communicator, was timely as planned. Handled a cracked screen for S22 Ultra perfectly. Out of Pocket cost was VERY rough, but is avoidable with insurance and not drops. Expensive but effective."

"yesterday was the 2nd time i had the need to have my computer checked for an issue. both times, the service was incredible. for a minor check, they do a free diagnosis. the service rep last year was great, but yesterday Billy took great care of me. he found the issue, it was not my computer, it was the External SSD drive and he made suggestions about which brand and models i should replace it with. Kudos to Billy and the general company culture."

"We got to the store around 6:31 P.m. They close at seven and they are extremely accommodating. The service was friendly. The tech Billy made sure to give us all of the information needed as well as options. Just an overall great experience of service and conversation. Wait time Billy told us was accurate and little to none compared to other places! They are also Apple certified! Results look great. It looks just like the original screen! He educated us on what liquid glass is and that is what we purchased! Absolutely fantastic experience! Please is clean and bright as well!"
