"I came to them for help with my dell laptop at the middle of October in good faith. They told me to come in after Halloween to see if it was ready. I came in to see that the store was permanently closed at the time. No one informed me of that, and I gave them my phone number prior. I later emailed them asking about my laptop. I did get a call back and they told me that the laptop was being repaired in Arizona. I was told beforehand that they were getting parts from Arizona, not that it was going to be worked on in that state. I asked for them to give me updates via email. They didn’t. They only gave me updates when I emailed them twice about it. After the update, they told me that they would call me the next day to give me more updates. I didn’t receive a call, so I called them. They finally told me that the computer was not repairable. The only good thing that came from this was that they told me that they would transfer all the data from old computer to a drive. I’m now waiting for my data to be mailed to me from Arizona. I would give it half a star, but this app won’t let me."

"I had cracked my phone, which is 2 versions old, and needed it fixed asap since my job and everything else electronic requires 2 factor authentication. I called another repair store, and it would take 6-8 weeks to get the parts for my phone model. Thankfully, Quick Mobile Repair had it and could fix it within 40 minutes, which they did. And we happened to ask if they could repair my husband's 3 versions old phone, and sure enough, they had the supplies and repaired it at the same time. Two techs were working that day! We are very satisfied with their work and speed and cost (relative to replacing both our phones). We'll be using them again!"
