"Called & text Frank Champion numerous occasions. He did communicate but would never commit to a time or date to provide a quote or even show up. I also attempted going by the office but I never saw anyone. 3 months have passed with me trying to schedule work. I still do not have a working well & I’m searching for someone else now."
"Frank did our well a couple months ago. While we had to go deeper than we hoped(no fault of his, geology sucks sometimes) Frank was extremely patient in walking us through the process and making sure we were kept informed of what was happening while he was drilling. I would highly reccomend dealing with the team at Champion, you wont be disappointed."
"We had them come out and work on a well at a rental property we own a couple of weeks ago. It turned out that the problem was a break in the power line. They repaired the line and it was working fine until today. The line they repaired broke again in the same place. When we contacted the company they denied responsibility for their work and refused to fix it. We had to call out another company and pay them to to repair the line. We have now had to pay twice to have this well fixed."
