"I would not recommend them to anyone I have been without a refrigerator since october and they came out checked it out told us what’s the issue and told us when the part come in they will come back out we paid them the $150 like samsung said and then they left weeks went by they came back out November 10th my refrigerator broke down on November 17th 7 days after they left I was reaching back out to samsung who was trying to reach them I tried calling them nothing then they finally texts me and said they working on it and never heard or seen them again how can I take them to court I have 6 kids in my home one of my kids is special needs and they don’t care they took the money and got paid from samsung"

"If I could give them zero stars I would! Completely awful experience with them sent by Samsung. The tech came and spoke ZERO ENGLISH, said it was one thing and had to order a piece. Came 4 days later with the piece and replaced and basically ran out...30 minutes later the dishwasher stopped with a DIFFERENT code than what was originally broke. Called immediately for him to turn around and fix but no answer at the company after several phone calls and emails. Waited through the weekend, he came back out 3 days later, messed with something and gave a thumbs up it was working. Left, 30 minutes later dishwasher was then leaking!! I called at 2pm got a woman and explained I wanted a new tech that knew what they were doing!! She was going to contact him and make another appointment. NEVER HEARD BACK! After their 3rd visit, I called Samsung and begged to send someone else out. So far I am 5 WEEKS WITHOUT a dishwasher during quarantine with thousand of dishes to hand wash daily. By the way the dishwasher is 4 months old so not only do I not recommend HK I do not recommend Samsung! Piece of junk and even worse repair people!"

"DON'T USE THIS CO YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM. The tech couldn't speak english. The originally told me a part needed replacing but when the tech came he was going to clean the part instead and chg me over $200. Tech had to call the office so someone could . I told him to leave"

"Scammer, tech didn't barely spoke English, believe he is the owner as it appears to be a wife / husband combo. My parents called him out to look at the fridge was he said the evaporator fan was not working after he left i took a look the fan was working fine just needed to be cleaned which he did, but was going to charge 350.00 for a new fan, i called them back to get a technical explanation, the tech / owner could not articulate(no speak English) the wife had to explain, she said the motor looks like it is working but it is not, BS, told not to bother coming back with the part."

"I have a similar experience to the other reviewer. The technician fixed the problem (I had to tell him what the problem was), but he didn't reinstall the dishwasher properly. I realized this after he left, so I called them. Once they finally called back after four days, the receptionist was extremely rude and belligerent. She told me they wouldn't come back out without a charge, that it was my fault, and that she didn't care what I did. Stay as far away from this business (if you can call it that) as possible!"
