The team was able to walk me through the entire inspection process and give picture / video evidence of the issues. We spent several hundred dollars on the inspection, but were able to avoid the $22,000 expense to remove the septic and connect to the sewer if we would have purchased the house."
"Wow what a great experience! I called Twins Plumbing on a Friday at 12:30. I was told they could be there by 2:00. The tech actually showed up at 1:30! "Called Twins on Monday (3/9/20) needing 2 hot water heaters replaced. They were here this morning (3/10/20) with 2 new Rheem hot water heaters. In and out in about 1-1/2 hours. Very professional, answered all my questions, very reasonable price! Will definitely use again. Thanks Jeffrey! Oh, and I called like 3 times to figure things out and was treated very nice on the phone as well!! Once again Twins did an awesome job. Came out yesterday (3/16/20) to pump my septic tank. Was on time (actually a little early), made sure I knew what was going on, and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend!!!"
