"Needed a screen repair due to ghost typing, they were polite and helpful in explaining the time needed for the repair. They did a same day repair. Good experience overall. However, the one problem I had was they were supposed to text a different number to let me know when the phone was ready, but they texted the number of the phone being repaired. Therefore, I never got the notification my phone was ready. I had to call to find out if it was done or not, since they were closing soon. I’d recommend the place, but just make sure they are going to send notifications in a way you can receive them."
"My son’s screen was broken and Asurion sent an agent to my house. The agent was very knowledgeable and fixed my son’s phone in a reasonable amount of time. He even gave us suggestions on the type of case I should get for my son’s phone. He was so nice and I appreciate his help."
"My phone was repaired beautifully. I gave 4 stars because apparently you need to have exact change when you go there. My bill was $148.73 I gave the man 160 he gave me back $10 and said that he was giving me an extra dollar because they didn’t have change and it was their fault when in all actuality I paid $1.23 more than my bill was Debbie Willingham"
