"Do not let them touch your car! I had a remote start installed in my car a few weeks ago. They did a bad job. The steering wheel seems to have been removed and put back on in such a way that now it scrapes the steering column when I turn and has become damaged. I can't unlock the door with my key fob anymore. I have to put the key in the key hole like it's the 80's. The car starts if I accidentally click my key fob twice when locking my doors. And worst of all is now my car doesn't even start consistently. I thought I was stranded at the gas station yesterday because my car wouldn't start again after I got gas. I kept trying over and over for about 8 or 9 times and then it finally started. I'm very upset because I've tried to call 5 times and speak to a manager but they won't get me to a manager and no manager will return my call. I guess I will have to just drive all the way to Hiram to request to speak to a manager in person to remedy this situation. I will update this review to at least post what they do to rectify this if someone there will contact me. So far I've only expected bad work and worse customer service from them. Do not trust these people with your car!"
"They were great. The cost hurt my pockets a little but was necessary. Took them 48 hours to get my tower up and running. It works great and the new remote job I wanted starts in a week."
"Made an appt at Douglasville location for minor cracked screen didn't have the necessary piece was told to go to a more "high volume" location went to this location 7/8 said for me to come back 7/11 to drop phone off for repair get there no our policy has updated it will take at least 7 days to repair BS. Should change the name to IDIOT SQUAD!!"
"Geek squad just delivered and mounted our new TV. Sergio and AJ were amazing. Not only did we receive good quality service, but they took the time to show us the features of the TV. They were very thorough. Not sure if this post will go to them, but they covered most of north GEORGIA!"
