"My outside package unit had problems. The two service tech’s came within the hour that I called. My RUUD unit was installed in 2003. They addressed all old damaged wiring and parts to keep my unit running. Checked the air temperatures coming from the pump and heat strip that provides my dwelling. They are knowledgeable, friendly and educated me on my unit. I could tell the difference immediately that they made upon use. I’ll have my unit for more years to come. THEY DID’NT BREAK my bank account. I recommend them."

"With new ownership, I am not sure my last service is covered per the contract when my new unit was installed. I was informed that a system check would be included for 2 years after the new unit was installed, however the new owners could not confirm . Overall, i would still recommend them (and have sent friends and family to them) because of professionalism and quality work. pricing was fair as well . Fingers are crossed that my service last week is covered like I was informed when my new unit was put in."
