"We are very impressed by Frix Appliance Repair! We had amazing customer service. Randy was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. He came out to fix a part on our washing machine but ended up showing us lots of useful ways to clean all of the appliances and even fixing a drawer in our kitchen! He was very informative and showed us how to clean filters and properly care for each appliance. We followed his advice and now our appliances are running so much better! He was also very patient and interactive with our five year old. I would highly recommend him and his service to anyone. We are very pleased and will definitely use him for any future needs that we may have!"

"My dishwasher and my garbage disposal were both not working. The dishwasher wasn't draining. The plumber wouldn't touch it. The garbage disposal sounded like the motor was running, but nothing was happening as far as blades turning/chopping. Randy Frix arrived on time. He's a jovial and gregarious guy. He figured out the issues pretty quickly and repaired both items in about an hour. He didn't have to order any parts. He then showed several other troubleshooting self-maintenance routines on the gas oven, the clothes washer/dryer, and the coffee pot. "I had the privilege of having Randy come over and look at my dishwasher. He was incredibly kind and funny, and interacted well with my toddler which is an amazing feat in itself. He was honest about the situation, guided me to resources for the next steps, and even checked other appliances. He gave us tons of tips and pointers for keeping our appliances sanitary. His price is absolutely fair which is a huge bonus! "Holy cow! I called to have my dryer fixed and I got that done plus so much more. I’ve already been bragging on this business today to friends and family after my service visit. After my dryer was fixed, Randy showed me about how several other appliances in my home could be harboring mold and making us sick. I spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning mold out of appliances that I didn’t even know was there! He’s funny and friendly and I felt safe with him in my home. He didn’t have to take the time to show me all these tips to make my home cleaner and safer, he could have just taken my money for fixing my dryer and left. "It isn't often that I get to write a review for a business that exceeded my hopeful expectations. Randy and Kim did exactly that! I called them to fix an oven hood and a dishwasher. Randy quickly fixed the dishwasher and gave me tips on how to make this appliance and my other home appliances more effective. He then went way out of his way to fix the oven hood. First, he tried to get the part from the manufacturer. When this wasn't an option he did research, came back to my home, and fixed the faulty part himself. He saved us a great deal of money in having to replace that hood because he cared and refused to give up on the appliance. The service we received from Frix was caring, professional, and exceptional. This is how service businesses should be!"
