"Love my apartment! Galley type kitchen, large bathrm. I'm in a one bdrm that is massive! The dining area accommodates my round table and 4 chairs. Open floor plan-living rm area is large enough for a long sofa, loveseat, end tables, coffee table, an an entertainment center and it still feels roomy! Also, a nice balcony where I can have my coffee. A storage room off the balcony. I've lived here since 2014. Only thing I don't like is the dryer vent opens up to the breezeway so you've got to keep that swept up. People move in and out pretty often, I don't know why. The parking lot and grounds get pretty trashy lately but we have a VERY nice trustworthy Maintenance man who keeps on top of it.We desperately need an extra dumpster because it overflows almost daily! No parking assigned, but wish there was because sometimes I can't even park in front of my building. (Guests are to park in another area.)The manager Kim is pleasant & nice."
