"What a change It,s been great having Miss Stacy ( manager ) back. She can be all business but she has a heart of gold. Weve been a long time and seen a lot of changes but Miss Stacy has worked hard to make this a safe place to live, and if you do have a problem you can go to her and she will listen. Great having her back. Nov. 1st....Last night we had our very first trick or treater at our door and weve been hear nearly five years. I honestly believe its a testament to Miss Stacys hard work to make this a safe place for all of us to live. We have a new manager now who seems to want the same thing that Stacy wanted. Mrs. Stacy is missed by a lot of us but her work is still very much evident. Green tree properties is very lucky to have her"

"Honestly wish I could rate this place no stars. Don't live here, Stacy isn't making things better, she's making them worse. We are living in a rat and roach infested apartment and she just ignores me every time I say something about it. It's sad. And don't believe the sign on the building, rent isn't $360/month. Try $527. Hate this place."

"This has got to be the worst place I've ever lived. I've stayed in real rental properties that took pride in their community & residents. If your use to clean & well kept apartment then don't come here. The rent is cheap so you get what you pay for. I moved here because I have family in the area & my kids wanted to go to the schools here butvI wish we had other accommodations here there are not the projects. I've been here over two years & have had nothing but problems. From the original manager trying to hustle me out of my prorated rent. To the nosiy people I've had to endure, to unresolved maintenance issues. The unit was not cleaned when I first moved it, there was black mold that I had to bleach clean, & Now there are main sewage pipe problems that have my bathroom unuseable an the manager has yet to respond to my texts or calls to resolve the matter. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy here & praying God leads me to find another rental property around here soon."

"Don't let the people fool you. I live here and everyone I know that lives here says the same thing. IT SUCKS! Roach and rat infested, yet it is not pet friendly. And for a fact not kid friendly! They use lead paint, and if I child ingests that, (more for younger children) it can kill them. You hear every step the people above you take. Majority of the apartments occupied out here are by drug users who have parties 6 days out of a week with their drug dealer constantly coming and picking CHILDREN up. I do NOT recommended living here at all. Personally, I would rather be living in a box under a bridge."
