"The Property manager Samantha is rude. She don’t care how she talk to you as a tenant. She had my brother working with the maintenance guy paying him under the table. I asked her a question in regards to the check she wrote my brother about putting his real name instead of his nick name she wanted to argue with me then wanted to say if I don’t move out when I said I was she was gonna proceed with eviction because I was combative with her but you can’t dish out what you can’t take back. I want respect same as you. It’s like she have tenants watching your every move. She blamed my cousin for something that she didn’t do and then tried to switch it and blame it on me talking about an officer told her when an officer didn’t touch foot on the property nor came out to no call. She listen to some tenant over there. It was mold in the unit my cousin stayed in and all she did was have the maintenance guy paint over it mind you the whole apartment was covered in it under the wall paper when my cousin moved there she had a new born and was sick every month until my cousin found out the real reason which was the mold under the wallpaper Samantha told my cousin that’s not why the baby was sick every month. The unit I stayed in had holes in the door in the bathroom and dirty carpet it was ridiculous never again. Apartments are old and run down."
"This complex is poorly managed! Truly deserves 0 stars. The property is dirty, has frequent maintenance issues, and tenants cannot speak with property manager or owner of property. In record low freezing temperature, for more than 2 days, tenant cannot get in touch with property manager to get the heating repaired. I do not recommend moving to this property!!!!"
