Edible Arrangements

"Came into buy something for my son's birthday and the male was so sweet but the older female was rude and snapped at me. I walked out without buying anything. I'm used to Athens which has things premade ready to go and that's not the case at this one. I understand stand it can take time to make these things but understand not everyone can make that work And also treat people with respect and we treat you with respect. I came in very politely and was not treated the same way ."

"I called and ordered my free birthday gift. The lady gave me my options of fruit and said come in 30 minutes. Went to pick it up. They want you to make a “small”purchase to get your free gift. I showed her the free gift does not require a purchase on the email. She said I know but management requires it. Thanks for wasting my gas @ $4 gallon and I live 20 minutes away. Time and money wasted. Choose another location if possible. Update: After a reply from the owner I called the location. They apologized for the miscommunication from their employee. They allowed me to receive the free birthday gift. I really appreciate the kindness of the manager and employee when I picked up my gift. Thank you!"

"Poor quality of customer service! For the manager to be so dismissive and comes off quite annoyed with me and my order issue on Mother's Day is unacceptable! It makes no sense that I made an order with two items, for just one part to be delivered. The Suprise was ruined. For a business as this one on this particular holiday(Mother's Day)to be so passive with their mistakes, they should tighten up on a better plan prior. Totally "wack" if you asked me! First n LAST!"
