Edgewater on Lanier

"If you're staying on the very bottom floor in any of the buildings I feel sorry because this one is on the bottom floor, and at times it has been so much noise above the apartment that it seems the whole floor is about to fall in. In my opinion, it seems people pay a lot here but don't actually have privacy due to weak flooring and screeching back and forth. I don't believe it's the renters' fault in my eyes. However, that is pretty much the businesses so therefore it is problem. I think they should take the time to acknowledge the situation and get it fixed asap. People spend a lot of money per apartment on each floor. The management should consider it as a high risk and focus using some of the renters' money on what needs to be investigated and then fixed before something awfully severe or, even worse, tragically happens Point Blank. Because it's not something you can just squirt WD-40 on and let it go. That's only fair as well as 100% legit because sometimes, it gets awfully scary. Hopefully, "someone" will take the opportunity in time to understand this request and get something done before it may be too late because you never know. After all, this is 2023, and some people just don't care unless it's about money or what they can get out of the situation."

"I moved here a little over a month ago. Came from the backwoods country to the Lake due to new job location. I don’t regret choosing Edgewater. The staff n neighbors r the best. It’s pretty much quiet here n nice. I truly do love living here at Edgewater. I will say I made the best decision when I choose Edgewater."

"This is the best property I have ever rented. The ladies in the office are fantastic about getting back to you and helping in any way they can- truly the nicest people. I’ve never seen bugs in my apartment since I’ve been here, and anything I ever see that is wrong or could be wrong the office ladies have bent over backwards to fix immediately and maintenance is also very fast about fixing anything big or small. Water, trash, and pest control is actually included in the rent. So all you have to do is take your trash to the dumpster and request when you want your apartment sprayed. You really can’t put a price on how nice every one is here and some of the apartments also have a great view! They even have a pool, a play area and lake access. The neighbors have all been great also! If you are even missing a package they are really good about turning it in so you can pick it up from the office. Overall an amazing place to live, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!"

"I’ve been a resident here at Edgewater since December 2020. I love living here! The location is beautiful and quiet on Lake Lanier as well as away from the heavier traffic of Green St. My first lease was in a 2 bedroom, and I needed to move during that lease. The managers offered a transfer to a one bedroom for a fee, and I’m so grateful they had that option! When selecting which 1 bedroom is move to, Sam was amazing! Management is incredibly friendly and answers ALL questions I’ve ever had. They truly have created a lovely community here that I’m happy to be a part of. The laundry room is always clean. The pool is well maintained. They are pet friendly as well! Living at Edgewater is a truly unique experience. It’s quiet, full of families, and is in a little slice of nature away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. I will continue living here for a while!"

"The staff is the perfect mix of professional and personable. They respond to any question, concern, or maintenance issue promptly. I thoroughly enjoy living there. Plus the view from the back porch is nothing to complain about."
