"This place was horrible for students! Not only was it ridiculously expensive for the size ($1680 for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom at 600+ sqft? Seriously?), but the parking situation was the worst I've ever seen at an apartment complex. They charged you an insane amount MONTHLY just for one measly parking spot, but there was NEVER any parking for my visitors. They had one tiny section for visitor parking that the residents were constantly stealing because they didn't want to pay for parking. I emailed management about this constantly and they never did anything about it, saying it was "first come first serve." Not only that, but the power was constantly going out for no reason and there were roaches every where. The apartment also clearly did not trust us students because they would have these stupid inspections practically monthly. At least the maintenance guy was very nice and helpful and understanding about how horribly inconvenient those inspections were. The absolute worst thing about this place, however, was the price increase. I left mostly for the reason that they were raising the rent from $1600 (plus parking) to $1900!! These are STUDENTS are you guys delusional? Even the three bedroom apartments are over $1k each. Campus crossings is part of the problem causing unaffordable housing in this city, especially for students. DO NOT RENT HERE."

"I am a current resident here, and I am having a wonderful experience. My unit is clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance requests are addressed right away. I highly recommend this place if you are a graduate student or Emory affiliates."

"I had a pretty poor experience living at Campus Crossings Briarcliff. What I did enjoy while living here is that it was a great location for me when I didn't have a car. The Kroger is a quick walk away, and there are shuttles that go directly to Emory for classes. However, those shuttles don't run on the weekend, so if you want to attend weekend activities on campus, you'll need a car. And if you want to park a car at this apartment complex, you can expect to pay upwards of $75 a month. I had an issue with my air conditioning unit, where it made loud noises and didn't actually cool down my apartment. I called maintenance in about it multiple times, and they kept telling me that they needed to add more antifreeze even when I told them that it previously hadn't been the solution. I had to pay over $200 for two months of my electricity bill before they finally got it fixed. I received a snack box as an apology, which I thought was pretty lacking considering how much money I wasted on electricity because they didn't fix the air conditioning. The area around my window wasn't sealed properly to the outside, so I could feel a cold draft in winter. One time, they were power washing the outside of the apartment complex, and water literally got into my room through the hole. There were a lot of roaches. I feel like that's enough said."

"The environment is OK. It includes good furniture, and is convenient to go to Emory. However, Campus crossings want money like crazy, even break into my room without notice in order to find my lack of shower curtain to fine $700."
