"1. The construction of the apartments is not worth the price they charge you (always take videos before moving, so they don't make you pay for things you didn't do). 2. Sometimes they do not notify you when they are going to enter the apartment. 3. Put security cameras or your neighbors will steal everything. 4. Never put the automatic payments because they put wrong extra charges. 5. Do not expect good treatment from the one who manages the apartments, the secretary treats you with kindness but her boss does not. 6. In a period of at least 6 months you will have about 13 inspections (it's serious). 7.There are insect pests, I guess because the apartments are close to the water. If you want to move anyway, good luck, I at least have the happiness of having moved from there a few months ago. With less money you can get a new apartment."
"This is my third year of living here. I have seen couple management teams come and go but this team composed of manager Elma Munos, leasing agent Maria Alvarez, cleaning lady Ester, maintenance men Abel and Jose has been doing a fantastic job. The team is prompt in helping and in taking care of my requests. They are an A+ team. I recommend the complex and give it a 5 star rating."

"I have been living here for the past year, & have nothing bad to say. The staff is very nice & helpful anytime I visit them. Very few times do I have any issues. I live in the top floor & when any issues do come up the maintenance crew are quick to respond to the requested work order & inform me when scheduled. Satisfied with the service."
