Village at the Creek Apartments

"I lived that apartment for 2 years. I didn’t like living in the apartment. There was roaches, floors was damaged and dirty. The walls were stained. My next door neighbor played loud music all the time every weekend and weekday. They have bad services. There was an old homeless woman was crazy and harmful kept on stealing package next to our door. She comes all the time and people call the police on her. So I had to moved to a new place that wasn’t for me anymore."

"I am updating my review as I’ve been very pleased with the new management as well as superstar leasing specialists, Janice and Najma. They are always very courteous, professional and, along with management and maintenance, rectified all the issues in my unit. It is because of their exemplary service of why I’ve updated this rating. I look forward to seeing the continuous improvements of the complex."

"If you post a review that's above 1 star, it's because you're an employee, related to an employee, under duress, or on some type of dr@g. The living conditions are horrible and the only thing these jokers are on time for is charging you rent. As for maintenance, you're better off DIY or you're sol. As for cleanup, management treats it like a dump, not to mention, they treat their tenants like trash so I guess they're cool with the trash on the ground. And the vermin problem is through the roof. Same goes for the violence. I pray that you move from this h3LLh0le and into better things, immediately. As for this place, I say that they nuke it from orbit."

"Management at this location is the nastiest around. They do not take care of their property, they don't fix things as they should. They enter ya apartment without informing you. That is by far the worst place apartment-wise I have ever encountered. I could go into further detail but I'm sure you get the point. Do not live or move here I can guarantee you will regret it. And good reviews that u see are either paid or employees or friends of employees. Living conditions are horrible. People move here because it's cheaper but it's not worth putting a thought into it. I promise! Let this be the only review you need cause it is. From my lips to GOD's ears no lies are being told here. Nasty all-around management and all. Slum Lords!! The facade they put on to get you trapped in a lease agreement they change management so many times and it has done nothing to combat the decline in living conditions and upkeep of the property is trash."

"This place is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living there. My car was broken into and when I request to break my lease they did but they put on my credit that I left damages which was false information. I have proof and witnesses that was there to confirm I didn’t. I have been trying to contact the owner so we can take care of this but they are not responding back. This is what it looked like when I moved out. They said I left holes in the walls and they had to replace 5 binds. Now tell me if that looks like the case??"
