"I'm one of the original residents: I moved in immediately after construction was completed. That was 4yrs ago, almost to the day; my lease renews tomorrow! And, I can honestly say I'm as satisfied and happy now as day 1; maybe more! They take good care of here; resident mgr and caretaker are the bomb! It's clean, quiet, efficient and friendly. I don't just feel/think they care about me personally, I KNOW THEY DO! There's only 60 units (give or take), small and "family-like". Like me, most are original residents; MANY want to move here, FEW want to leave!"
