"The guys are great and do their best, ad do vendors and contractors when they come but they can only perform repairs as directed by your management team. So the issue is really whomever directs maintenance, vendors and contractors on what they are ALLOWED to do. I just tried to call as you requested but as always when you try to call it says it can not be completed at this time. I've tried to reach them since the 1st in multiple ways and messages, notice , etc because there are erroneous charges on my account. They have never replied, never changed it only to add an additional $100 late fee when I've been here almost 3 years and despite every issue here never been late on rent. I will not pay a penny more than the $1593 I owe. They have been charging me duplicate pet rent fees over a year now. They change them to additional utility charges each month I dont pay them and then remove them after they build up a few months, but still continue to charge them again. With the system update you can no longer make any payment other than what they say you owe. So that's why I've asked repeatedly for them to correct it so I can pay rent. But as I said noone has only charged me more."

"The experience I had with not only management this week but also the maintenance crew was beyond exceptional. After speaking with members of the maintenance team which consisted of T who is the maintenance supervisor and Herbert who assists him they not only replaced our damaged and used refrigerator with a brand new one but they went above and beyond and also replaced our old stove with a brand new glass top range but also replaced our broken dishwasher with a brand new one as well. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and completed all three tasks in a timely manner. I also want to shout out Aniessa and Victoria who from the moment they started working for this complex have worked hard to make this a more enjoyable and livable place. Unlike past management who ignored my requests, the managers have not only kept their word but have worked hard to give maintenance the authority to fix my most pressing issues and are working with me to make other plans for the last few issues I have."
