"My client hired this gentleman and it was the worst mistake. He was never on time. He hired him for a number of project like over 20. He showed up at 1pm and completed 2 items on the list (connect the toilets to the floor) and left at 6pm. Of course he wanted half the invoice to start. Thank goodness we didn't pay him like he requested. He tried to charge $45 to screw 2 bolts in the tank of the toilet. This guy completely wasted out time. If you want someone that talks none stop and do no work. This is your guy."
