We purchased a lot and are now busy planning construction. The Highlands staff have been really responsive and beyond helpful in the closing and our current planning process. This is in addition to the great tax situation and surrounding shopping infrastructure."

And like a significant percentage of visitors, we bought a lot on our first visit. We absolutely love living here! We are retired and have lived here 2+ years. The views, amenities, mountain air, wide open spaces, friendly neighbors and JH staff make this the best place we've ever lived."
