"After living here a few years I can say as long as you take care of your space and pay your rent on time they take excellent care of your maintenance requests. The homes could use a bit of updating but with renting you learn you aren’t going to have the best of the best. The lease requirements make it feel like a safe space to live and any issues will get taken care of."
