"This is such a great property to live in, i like the management because they keep it clean and organized. The neighbors are really nice and the location is awesome. I totally recommend this place!!!"

"While staying here the Cadillac converter got stolen out of my car. While doing the pre move in inspection, the representative took notes and pictures of lightly scratched and damages to the space that I was later charged for in the move out inspection. Throughout my year long stay I had a constant sugar ant infestation. The pest control came out 3-4 times to assess the issue and after the outdoor temperatures warmed up, the ants went away. There were also 5-6 mandatory pest control for my entire building without explanation as to the problem. Lastly, I was not allowed to renew my lease again with no explanation. I did not receive any of my $900 deposit back and ended up paying $35 to the repairs mentioned earlier. My last week living there, after the last mandatory pest control visit for my building, there were several dead wasps and yellow jackets in the floor."

"This place is a joke. Jennifer is great and has always helped us but the company itself is a joke. They made up fees to charge us when we moved out. The apartment was dirty upon move in and had a bad odor. We moved out and left the apartment in better condition than when we moved in. They wanted to charge us for everything that was “not clean” when the apartment was left in great shape. I would recommend to stay away from here. There are way better places to live in."

"We would absolutely recommend Westshire Townhomes to anyone in the Temple area looking for a rental. We moved from out of state and the owner and property manager were very helpful and accommodating. If any maintenance was needed, it was immediately acknowledged and promptly handled. The grass area stays well kept and pest treated year round. Both the move in and move out process were so easy and professional. We always felt safe and comfortable in the area as well. Thank you for making our rental experience great!"

"I lived at Westshire for a little over 2 years. I have rented apartments in many locations and Westshire was by far my best experience. The manager, Barbara, is very diligent and helpful. Anytime there was an issue with the apartment (maintenance) we were able to contact her directly and she would have the issue fixed within a few hours. There were never security issues, the entire complex in under video surveillance so I always felt safe. The size of the town home was more than enough space for my Husband and me, and the price was amazing. We finally decided to move out because we bought a house, and Barbara was very kind and worked with us. Overall an amazing place to live."
