"This place is awesome. They really hit the spot on being the second best apartment complex in Chattanooga. The front office staff are amazing. Super friendly and extremely helpful. The second you walk into the front you get greeted by the staff. We have only lived here a few months, with the housing market being the way it is, this place has really good rental prices and offer plenty of accommodations and great apartments to cover the price. Having a in unit washer and dryer is amazing. What else is amazing is the fact they have almost immediate maintenance on site. Unfortunately our washer didn’t work properly when we moved in. Made a request to have it checked out and with in a few days we had a new one installed. No hassle at all. Ask and you shall receive type service. The last place I lived was horrible about package delivery. Apparently it’s possible for one place to have two addresses that not all carriers use. Needless to say a lot of packages never arrived. You order something here it goes to three places. Your mailbox, your front door, or the office where they text you to let you know it has arrived. They also email you. It all depends on the size and carrier for where that package goes but it always shows up on time. Long story short if you are on the edge for this place just sign the paper. It’s nice. Just wish there was a gym."

"I had seen images of Wind Ridge online, and I decided to do an in-person tour. Seeing this community in person is what it's all about. The images online can barely capture the beauty, serenity, and sense of home of this place. As soon as I arrived I felt that feeling of being home. There is definitely a sense of place here, a unique place with beautiful characteristics. You just have to be there to grasp it all. Kimmi, the property manager is as superb as the community itself, and the office staff too."

"I have enjoyed living at Windridge. It is close to downtown but at the same time, it is a very quiet place to live. It is a well maintained and cared for property. The staff is always friendly and courteous when I have to go to the office."

"My husband and I lived in this apartment for a few years while we were saving to buy a home. This is the perfect apartment for young adults and people who have animals. Windridge is the most dog friendly community I have ever lived in, as well as the most walkable. We also frequently used the amenities, especially the pet spa and turf/grill area, which made us feel like we got our money’s worth. For the location and amenities, it’s one of the best deals you can get in an apartment complex. We definitely recommend living here."

"Truly the best apartment in Chattanooga. The complex feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment. The residents and staff are incredibly friendly. All of our maintenance requests have been resolved within a day or two. My husband and I have said that if we could buy a unit here, we would. We've been here a year and a half and absolutely love it."
