"Passenger Flats has taken me through some ups and downs regarding the stress of ongoing renovations when I moved here in 2022, and again when they switched their ENTIRE office team in 2023, but overall PF is a great apartment complex in an awesome location with a strong team of professional and caring staff. 4 stars because they still need to update the carpet in the main building (or at least deep clean the existing)."

"Stayed at one of the AirBnBs studios here. If I would enjoy living here long term if I lived in Chattanooga. It’s close enough to groceries, shops, and a bike share hub that living car free is possible too. Biggest complaints are the gym and rec room could use some TLC. At the time there was a squat rack with no barbell, and the pool queues were missing tips."

"I moved in in July 2023. The office team that was here then were amazing. They were friendly proactive and helpful. The building was always secure and the office door was always open during business hours. They wanted to help the tenants. All of those people are gone. The current office staff are unfriendly and do everything they can to avoid the tenants such as turning the lights off in the office during business hours, not answering the phone, and keeping the office door closed during business hours. They let you know they don’t want to be bothered. The building is supposed to be secure but they leave the entrance doors to the building unlocked all the time. We use to have to use our key card to enter the building. The valet trash is a mess for over two months no one was picking up the trash when I called to see why. I was told I could take my trash over to the dumpster at the other building across the street myself. I have no problem doing that however I’m paying for valet trash service. No discounts or refunds were issued for the valet trash service when it wasn’t available. And they don’t ask if you want valet trash it’s automatically included in your rent. Now at least that has been corrected. People allow their dogs to poop around the entrance and don’t pick it up. Management does nothing. I have heard several tenants complain about these things."

"I don't live here, but I love to party with my bud who does. Pool and pool. Ping pong. Way too hipster for me to live there. Cool dog park."

"I have been living here for 3yrs going on 4yrs The property manager Tonya and Jessica they always try to make the residents feel like family and they are very nice and understanding. The maintenance people are very nice and they resolve the issues very quickly. Passenger Flats have renovated inside and outside every apartment have a washer/dryer and new convection oven with a built-in air fryer very nice. I never had a issue it is very reliable and the residents are nice. You can walk out your apartment and have different restaurants and bars, Choo Choo gardens and Station Street to choose from and walk downtown or get on the shuttle bus. I would recommend this place to live. ❤️"
