"This looks like a cool affordable place for older and disabled folks to live in the city of Rainsville it's just outside the main city and it's pretty accessible to the main part of town. It is out in the country somewhat and has Woods beside it so it probably has birds and some other Wildlife that occasionally visit for the older folks to look at. I'm a fan of pine Village I deliver groceries and stuff there a lot and the people the tenants are very nice"
"Love the apartment my mom has its perfect for her! My only complaint is the parking lot where the handicap ramp leads to her apartment door, the rain floods the bottom of the ramp and all the rain water freezes and bevomes Ice, makes it dangerous to walk up to the handicap ramp! Maybe staff can look into this for her and other tenants and visitors, it's pretty dangerous in the cold!"
