"If you have a special needs family with low income, don't let them move in this apartment, because they will not notify you if your love one's die, and if you do decide to rent to this place, make sure you have a will, that your next kin will get what you have in that place, other wise, they will keep it all."
"From other reviews, I guess the manager Teri who was here was bad. Well Teri is no longer the manager here. The new manager Holly and maintenance guy are great. If something breaks, even in the middle of the night, he is here within an hour to fix it and fixes it great. If the neighbors do something that isn't proper, they handle it quickly. I have been living here for almost 3 years now, and it's been one of the best places I've lived in, in my 35 years of life."
"Terrie Chamblis the manager is a unfair lady. She puts the food people out and keeps the druggies there. Edna McElrath is her secretary. And if she don't like the way you look then she tells Terrie you don't need to be there and she evicts you. Waisting your Time and money.The owner Lamar want do anything bout it when he gets reports on her cause he is scared of her cause of what she knows on him. That's sad"
