"I placed an order on February 13th to be delivered on the 14th. I received confirmation via email but that was the extent of my communication with this location. I called five times and left 2 voice messages concerning the order (which never moved beyond the confirmed/received status when I checked the order status). I ended up canceling due to the lack of communication. Unfortunatley, 4 kids were without their Vday gift because this location couldn't communicate with a customer."

"I ordered a valentines day package to be delivered on the day of. Paid 170 dollars and they never delivered it and have not been answering any calls since then. They also have not replied to any emails or requests and suddenly canceled my order and have not offered me a refund. Edit// They have called me and when I requested a refund they proceeded to hang up on me instead. I want my money back and I want my arrangement that they failed to give me on time and failed to inform me about its lack of delivery for. This is horrible customer service and the employees here are extremely disrespectful over the phone."

"My partner ordered me an arrangement on Jan 29th to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I have still yet to receive the order. I’ve called over 10 times since the day of, no answer, not even from the 1800 number. I was looking forward to it since he lives in a different country. It was a very sweet gesture, and this location couldn’t even fall through. I’m extremely disappointed.If I could give Zero stars I would!"

"Placed an order on February 7 for Valentines delivery for our daughter February 14. Order was never delivered! I called the store multiple times during the day when order status had not changed from ordered received and received no answer. Called corporate around 6:30 pm and was advised that it could still deliver that the store may have not had time to update the tracking system. Store is now closed and no order! I am extremely upset that our child did not receive anything for Valentine’s although I ordered a week ago and was holding out hope that it would deliver. I will never order again!!!"

"I had a wonderful experience at this location. I placed an order online that due to a system issue was going to be delayed. I called and spoke to Kylie and she was able to ensure my delivery was going to make it to my niece on time for her birthday today. She kept her word and my niece received her arrangement on time and Kylie called me to make sure everything was okay! She displayed excellent customer service and I am grateful that you have employees like Kylie!"
