"I ordered flowers 3 weeks ago for Valentine’s Day. Spent almost $150.00 on what I thought was a nice selection for the occasion. Not even close. You got me this time but you’ll never get me again. Thanks anyway. Update: After posting I was contacted and explained that the selection was “smaller” than I actually thought. I do take responsibility and own up that it does state this arrangement is a smaller style. The lady was really nice to me and sent a replacement arrangement while apologizing. I change my rating to a 4 star because she was so nice and explained everything to me. Thank you for being professional."

"I can’t thank you (Charlotte) enough for finding the blue hydrangeas for the ‘It’s a boy’ baby shower I gave for my niece. I had 3 local flower shops on the look out for weeks and you were the only one who kept in touch with me and was able to get them for me in the middle of February. And they were gorgeous! After the shower I sent them home with the mom-to-be and the grandmothers-to-be who all intend to plant them in their gardens. Thanks again, Sue Fanning"
