"I am so disappointed with my order. My granny ordered my mother and I edible arrangements for Mother’s Day and my husband picked it up Monday. What we received was not worth the money my granny paid. I have been trying to contact you all since Monday with no luck. I have left messages and a message on the website and it has been 48 hrs. This is not good customer service at all. Look how small the strawberries are. They are extremely small and look ridiculous."

"Usually I’m quite pleased with the product and service I receive from Edible Arrangements. Unfortunately, today’s experience was not satisfactory. I placed a phone order at 10 am for same day pick up, with store hours noted with a closing time of 6pm. I received a call and two texts around 1pm telling me to come and pick up my order as they were getting ready to close. I had to leave a corporate meeting to rush and pick up the order, only to be rushed to grab the order as they are prematurely closing. I have a look at the order when I get home and it looks completely thrown together and does not look like what I ordered. Now I need to find an alternative solution as the product is not suitable for gifting - very disappointed in the product and customer service. I’ve attached photos of what I ordered, vs what I received."
