"If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the floral counter on April 9 2023 to ask if kroger does crosiages. A blonde lady looked at me and asked what kind of flowers and gave 2 options. I said roses. She then asked what kind of ribbon. I said I wasn't sure do you have options I can look at. She then pulled out the options and dropped them in front of me. I didn't have a great feeling from her from the beginning as she already seemed annoyed from the moment I stepped to the counter. She then told me to write the time, my name and number on the order pad and again dropped it and a pen in front of me. She then walked away and said nothing. She spoke to other customers and just didn't return. I called my husband to see where he was in the store, pulled the sheet from the order pad and balled it up. I will now be going to pubilx to order my daughter's prom crosiage since this lady couldn't be bothered to do her job or be considerate in any way."
