Edible Arrangements

"I order and paid for a delivery arrangement o 2/13 to be delivered on 2/14. After continually tracking my order it was never created nor delivered. I called the store multiple times, sent an email, and left voice messages. No on reached out to me regarding my order. I finally was able to reach someone on 2/15. The associate acted as if she could not find my order first. There was no explanation as to why my order was not delivered, why was it hard to find, and the whole experience was so unprofessional. I will not waste my money with this location again!"

I was able to place an order with Edible on Austell as well as get it picked up in less than an hour same day! Definitely doing business with this shop in austell from now on as well as recommending people I know!"

I called the store, was immediately connected to an actual person who then worked with me to reschedule. I highly recommend this for working moms that want to make their kids teacher feel extra special."

"My mom sent me arrangements to congratulate me for a new job. When she ordered them, she ordered them for delivery on 4/13 and they stated that they would call me before delivery. On the 13th, 5:30pm came around and I hadn’t received the order. So she called and they said it would be delivered by 8. And if it wasn’t it would be delivered late at no additional cost. Seems like they forgot it. Eventually I decided to look outside. And it was delivered just sitting outside my door. No phone call. No doorbell ring. I looked on my camera and it was delivered around 6:30 and I didn’t check until 7:30. Luckily there was a break in storms at that time and bugs weren’t crawling over it. Luckily the fruit was good though."
