"These post are all lies. I got here 2 hours to check in at the guard shack lady told me to come back at 530 a.m. because they didn't open till 530 a.m. no staging area I drove all the way inside to make a turn around cause the guard told me I had to leave. I'll post a repost let you know how my delivery went. But these post are lies. You can't show up 2 hours early and there's no staging area"

"Only decent part here is checking in at the guard shack. They were very well organized and quick. I was given a door and they had a drop trailer in it. Went inside and it's a small waiting area and everyone trying to cram inside. They take forever to check people in. The unload time was over 2 hours for 4 pallets. The capstone site to pay for the lumper is slower than dial up. Then you go to checkout and you have to stand in a slow moving line again. Then they can't give you paperwork until you show them the receipt that you paid for the lumper. How do they not know you paid? They forgot to take one of their pallets off the trailer so I had to come back and spend 8 hours waiting. And to top it off one of the women behind the counter complained that capstone is slow because it's mostly immigrants doing the work. Seems like racism to me."

"Got here 2 hours before appointment. Large staging area, must wear yellow vest. Checked in at gate then receiving by dock 10. Got a door 1 hour later. Plenty of room to back straight into dock. Unloaded within 10 seconds of docking. Paperwork was done quickly. Paid lumpers with fuel card! Easy!!"
