"The older male employee made himself very clear that he considers UPS and their customers a huge bother and interruption to his day. He stated that he cannot wait until they are NO longer a drop off location. . He tried talking over me and flat out refused to provide any assistance to me. I asked where the helpful young girl was today. He responded with "oh the one that got fired." The man then attempted to dismiss me! After trying to rush me through. It was ridiculous and shocking. Customer Service experience and I was insulted and highly upset.. I did not even leave my package because I did not trust this man. Waste of my precious time! The manager intervened and she was terrific. she listened and assisted me with professionalism and Kindness which was much appreciated. No auto parts from here for me however."
