"Booked this load. We put a priority on them as they stated load would be ready at noon. It is 16:47 as I type this with no estimate on time of when product will be loaded. Have a second pick up, only 30 miles south of here that was put on hold due to their load times. Load is going north, so, to make these people happy, I spent an hour off my log and fuel to accommodate them. If you can, don’t. Just don’t."

"Going on 30 plus hours to get loaded. This place has reached a level of ridiculousness I thought wasn't possible by a shipper but they have done it. And I've been to some pretty messed up places but this place tops them all. If you can avoid taking a load out of here by all means do it. Avoid this places as if it was the damn plague."
