"It may be a small post office, so granted that a lot gets done in a little place. But there is no need to act as though they are overworked and underpaid and don't have to attend to the needs of persons at the front desk. When someone comes into the post office the last thing they are expecting is to get an attitude. If they are requested to look for a package that was supposed to be delivered 24 hours ago, you do not tell them you are busy or make up an excuse not to look. They weren't going to get a bad review from me, but roughly a month ago I had a package that was to be delivered to me buy them and they received the package but scheduled their delivery for 48 hours past that point. I jogged the 1.7 miles to the post office from where I live and requested to pick up my package. I didn't bother asking the postal worker why my delivery was scheduled for a whole two days from the date that I ran there in 10 minutes on foot, but I can see its just due to a lack of effort and laziness of the staff. I was going to attach just one name and single her out since she is the one that has been the face of the problem, but one team one fight so, you succeed together or you fail together. And they all failed together because of her."
