"On multiple occasions packages have been jammed into my mailbox that should have been left on my porch, packages have been left right in front of my door, wedging it shut so I can’t get out, and now a package of soap was left on a very clearly wet surface. Who could ever guess what water does to soap! I know it’s a substitute, because my usual mail person would never!"

Thank goodness Rhonda was there .she didn't listen and help me..very nice professional emplyee"
