Items that do not need to be charged up to more than 10,000 do not make sense. After that it just kept quiet and until now did not get the xbox. Hope there are no further victims yet. "Initialy they helped us pickup few packages via Fedex( Was around $11 for pickup and drop), Later they refused to give an update on pickup saying they had some conflict between fedex. Is that your customers issue? Now they have only DHL available as pickup option, and it cost around $50 to pickup and drop, which is way too high. Also, why is the site under maintanance? Is this company shut down?"

"This is only worth using for express shipping where you can select a time window for pick up. For Ground Shipping the window is from 9 am - 7 pm with no ability to narrow it down - you are basically locked in your house waiting. You can call customer service but they can't do anything to help. I wish I had just gone directly to fedex in the first place."
