"Tried to talk to someone at the post office and could not get a human, just recordings trying to hear what I am saying and doing a very bad job of it. Calling is useless. I have a package from Australia and they put the wrong zip code on it 534 instead of 354, made it all the way to the Dawsonville office before anyone can see it and now has to go back to sender. Three weeks to get back there then three weeks to gat back here."

"I have never had so many different peoples mail out in my mailbox. Apparently there have been new employees added to the route and unfortunately, they either can’t read or just don’t give a damn. I’ve spoken to the Dawsonville Post Master on 4 occasions now and it hasn’t helped. For two days now, I have had my red flag on the box outside flipped up to indicate I have mail going out. Yesterday the mail carrier pushed it to the back of the box when he inserted a piece of oncoming mail to me. Today I still have the flag up and the mail carrier drove right past my mail box and never bothered to stop and again not take my outgoing mail. Isn’t that one of the first parts of training? When there is a flag up, the resident obviously has mail going out and the carrier should take it. Didn’t want to have to write this, but don’t know what else to do."

"Let me just say, I lost a package- called Dawsonville Post Office, a gentleman named Shaker assisted me yesturday. He was so efficient and personable, very concerned about my package! He even searched high and low to see if he could locate my delivery, as it is in a small package. He gave me excellent customer service, EVEN CALLED BACK TODAY to tell me my package was in Austel and would be coming next few days...he's a great employee and should be promoted as he is on HIS GAME"
