"I went to R&K for the first time today. I was running to the UPS Store and figured I'd drop on to R&K to see if they were able to resize my stainless steel bracelet. The woman who helped me was very kind and honest which is rare these days. She showed me that my links were not saudered which means it was easy to do and said I could even do it at home. She took a few minutes to take out some links and make sure it was a good fit. I was happy to pay for the service but she said there was no charge since it was very simple. I thought this was such a kind gesture and will definitely be back!"
