"Went to sell my pearl set worth 350 and they said they would buy my (salt water genuine pearls) for 15. Went to a different pawn shop and they bought it for 275. They tried to convince me the set I got for Christmas from Kay jewelry wasn’t worth more than 15....stay away from this place."

"If i could give them a No star review i would.. These scammers are the worst!!! I pawned my ring on the 25th of Nov and my pick up date was Christmas. I called the store on the 23rd of Dec to see if they would be open on he man told me that as long as i ws there by the weekend i could pay without penalty due to them being closed.. HUG LIE!!! when i arrived there on the 26th the day after Christmas This short haired Mexican lady informs me that not only do i have to pay my fee but i will have to pay an additional month fee due to me being 1 day late. I asked her if they were open for me to pay yesterday as it states on my paper and she said i shouldve came early. I then informed this moron that thats why i called i wouldve come in early had you stated that i would be penalized for younall being closed. I paid the extra fee because i wasnted my item but wanted everyone to know that this place is a huge dissappointment. Their Staff is the worst and so is their credibility. They are a bnch of Liars and scammers. There is a beautiful,clean Pawn shop down the street from them I suggest you take your buisness there. ive never been there but any place has to be better than these Crooks!!!!!"
