Recently, I had some old jewelry that was laying around the house never being used, so I took it there to get it appraised. I was impressed with speed of the appraisal and was pleased with the amount of the appraisal. I like that they are locally owned and Rita actively manages her business."

"I was not sure what this this place opened and when I showed up about 30 minutes early I was greeted with the owners walking up and the Hyper masculine guy was very rude. "We don't open until 9am, can't you SEE the SIGN on the DOOR?!" it was as if he were outraged that a customer was waiting. I don't know about most establishments, but I know that when I worked in customer service that this was not how you greeted a customer. I had enjoyed Rita's as my preferred pawn shop, However I think that since my business is obviously unwanted that I will be going elsewhere from now on. It's shameful that they treated a solider and his wife this way, Very unpatriotic."
