"This place is a joke, bought a drill kit from them, within 48 hours I found out the 5 amp hour battery didn’t work so I called they said they would give me another battery of another brand but since they didn’t have anymore flex batteries they said they could give me a Milwaukee batteries of equal size. I came in the next day and the best they said they could do was a ryobi 2 amp hour battery which by the way Isn’t even a third of the price of the battery that was bad and no where close to you he price of the battery that was promised"

Also, the lady behind the counter, was so patient & very helpful. I could tell she cared about my shopping experience. I should've asked her name, but she was the lady that had facial piercings.
